Returns & Exchanges

At Holo Taco, we want your nails to look and feel magical; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific polishes or accessories you wish to return and specify the reason for the request.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
